Christmas mode fully on!
Last “Saturday Food Fever“ gave us the taste of traditional Polish Christmas Eve – literally!
During our cooking class we have prepared together with the appreciated chef Manuela a set of traditional Polish Christmas dishes. The magical Christmas spirit has spread the kitchen immediately!
Red borscht with cabbage-mushrooms dumplings – a Christmas must – tasted perfectly. Herring tartare turned out surprisingly simple and delicious. Polish Christmas wouldn’t be allowed without a carp – our version baked with mushrooms and raisins will be definitely remade by everyone for Christmas this year. And for dessert gingerbread cake with mascarpone-orange cream.
Could it be any better? Yes, if you serve it all with a delicious Christmas punch made on red wine and dried fruits. So we did!
Sitting at the table and tasting all the dishes with Forklore family by loads of laughter and interesting chats was a perfect ending of the day.We already cannot wait for Christmas! Do you?
