HOME BREWING WORKSHOP

Craft beer culture is expanding rapidly last years in Poland. Little local breweries are offering high quality beer in countless flavor variations. If you are a fan of beer (like we are), it is the high time to learn how to make it yourself at home!

During Forklore’s homemade brewing workshop our professional brewers will guide you through the detailed process of home beer production sharing all the brewing secrets with you. The brewing event takes up to 5 hours, which may sound horrifying, but we can assure you will not get bored for even a minute!

Apart from the main task – making a few types of your own beer from the scratch, you will also have the chance to create your own beer lables, sample locally produced beers and try regional Polish food. It all takes place in an old, freshly renovated brewery in the area of Wielkopolski National Park.  

If you already thought it could not get any better, after 25-30 days of the fermentation proces every participant will receive his/her personalized beer bottles to be enjoyed at home.
